1. PLATFORM PRESENTATION

Motoro.ch is a digital platform connecting individuals and professionals for the sale and purchase of motor vehicles (cars, motorcycles, motorhomes, commercial vehicles).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

The use of Motoro.ch implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In case of non-acceptance, the user must refrain from using the platform.

3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT

3.1 Registration conditions

  • Be of legal age or have parental authorization
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Have a valid email address

3.2 Account types

  • Pro Account: Unlimited ads + videos (19.90 CHF/month)
  • Intermediate Account: 5 ads maximum (9.90 CHF/month)
  • Ad-Free Account: Ads removed (1 CHF/month)
  • Private Account: 2 ads maximum, ads displayed

3.3 Professional Certification

Professional sellers must provide a valid commercial register extract to obtain certification.

4. PLATFORM USE

4.1 User obligations

  • Publish truthful and compliant ads
  • Respect other users
  • Maintain confidentiality of credentials

4.2 Prohibited content

  • Stolen or suspicious vehicles
  • False or misleading information
  • Illegal, defamatory or inappropriate content
  • Links to competitor sites

5. ADS AND TRANSACTIONS

5.1 Seller responsibility

  • Truthfulness of information
  • Actual vehicle condition
  • Legal documents in order
  • Price and sale conditions

5.2 Buyer responsibility

  • Vehicle verification before purchase
  • Respect appointments
  • Payment according to agreed terms

5.3 Motoro's role

Motoro is a technical intermediary. Transactions take place directly between users. Motoro is not a party to sales contracts.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6.1 Subscriptions

  • Monthly payment by automatic debit
  • Cancellation possible at any time
  • No refund for already paid periods

6.2 Free services

  • Ad browsing
  • Contact with sellers (limited)
  • Private account (2 ads max)

7. PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with GDPR, see our Privacy Policy for the processing of your personal data.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform elements (design, logos, texts, code) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

9. MODERATION AND SANCTIONS

9.1 Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content via the integrated reporting system.

9.2 Possible sanctions

  • Warning
  • Ad removal
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban

10. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

10.1 Limitation of liability

Motoro.ch cannot be held responsible for:

  • Transactions between users
  • Truthfulness of ads
  • Direct or indirect damages related to use

10.2 Service availability

Motoro.ch strives to ensure optimal availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. TERMINATION

11.1 By the user

Account deletion possible at any time via settings.

11.2 By Motoro.ch

In case of Terms violation, Motoro.ch may suspend or delete an account.

12. TERMS MODIFICATIONS

Motoro.ch reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed of important changes.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the Swiss courts have jurisdiction.
